An established clinic. A demanding marketing workload.
Becky had an established clinic and expertise patients were willing to travel for. But alongside delivering treatments, she was juggling enquiries, marketing and the pressure of keeping her content consistent.
From seeing an advert to booking a consultation.
Our work began with improving that journey. We reviewed her campaigns, strengthened the creative and worked on enquiry follow-up, with Becky personally leading the treatment consultations.
With ad spend of £40 a day and leads costing around £3 each, the campaigns helped bring prospective patients into that process. Since working with us, Aesthetic Medical has been generating around £40,000–£60,000 per month in Endolift treatment revenue, based on the reported figures.
One particularly strong week brought the progress into focus: during our July review, Becky and the team totalled approximately £24,000 in Endolift treatments.
A consistent presence, with less pressure on Becky.
As the partnership developed, we expanded into organic content. Becky wanted her online presence to reflect the quality of her work, but creating content consistently was difficult alongside running the clinic.
We introduced planned filming days, educational videos and regular posting, giving prospective patients more opportunities to get to know Becky and understand her approach.
By July, her schedule included one story and one post or reel each day. Her response captured what that support meant:
“Honestly, that is causing me absolutely so much less stress.”

Understanding the revenue and ad spend.
At £40 a day, a 30-day month represents approximately £1,200 in advertising spend. Comparing the reported monthly treatment revenue against that budget gives an implied monthly ROAS of 33–50×, assuming all that revenue is attributable to advertising.
The exceptional £24,000 week, compared with £280 in weekly advertising spend, gives an implied 85.7× ROAS under the same assumption. It is not an average return for the partnership.
These calculations compare reported treatment revenue with stated advertising spend. They are not verified advertising-attributed returns. They exclude agency fees and treatment costs and do not represent profit. The £24,000 week is included within the monthly revenue, not added to it.
Conversations about what comes next.
By August, conversations had expanded to clinic capacity, additional space and Becky’s plans for future services.
Through advertising, enquiry support and consistent content, our partnership helped Becky build demand while reducing the day-to-day pressure of managing her marketing.
